Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another person who may be waiting for care. We’re always here to help and understand that emergencies happen. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss options with you. Thank you for helping us provide respectful and timely care to all.

Late Cancellations:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation. A fee of up to 25% of your anticipated appointment fee may apply.

No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show. A fee of up to 50% of your anticipated appointment fee may apply.
**Repeated late cancellations and/or no-shows may result in limited scheduling availability or a termination of the therapeutic relationship.​
